Hi folks, welcome to the blog. Mostly I'll try and post trail runs that I love in the hope they'll benefit Trail runners visiting the Lakes and save precious time when working out where to run. Feel free to contact me with any questions and I will try and respond to all. I'll also write and publish any relevant articles about Trail and Ultra Running as well as some thoughts about my current training for yet another Lakeland 100 and of course relevant material to do with the Slapsee Sunnies.
